Join the guest in bedroom three for morning coffee in the fresh-air and flower filled garden! Step inside the front entry and take delight in the surroundings while standing under a two story rotunda with an antique wrought iron candelabra. A travertine staircase sweeps upwards and spirals towards the two upstairs master king bedroom suites. Back down stairs facing the great room, but to the left side of the villa is an intimate and romantic formal dining room that seats eight guests. The dining room is nestled between an outdoor courtyard with water fountain and an outdoor patio with fireplace. Multiple outdoor living areas under a covered terrace flow from the great room via sliding pocket glass doors. The expansive ocean view patio incorporates an infinity edge heated pool, hot tub spa, gas fire pit, sunning, dining and lounging furniture, a Viking 4 burner BBQ grill, and an outdoor bar. Indoors is another bar area with a sink, cocktail mixers, martini shaker, juicer, and wine fridge. In the family room, dive into the plush down filled upholstered furniture while enjoying the 40 plus inch flat panel television set in an ornately carved armoire. Within the Great Room is seating for 7 with a large flat panel Sony television, central stereo tuner and amp, 5 disc DVD/CD changer, and a portable iPod dock with speakers. The beautiful kitchen is accented with impressive beamed ceilings, golden granite counters, and a half moon shaped wooden bar with 6 bar stools. An extensive collection of Mexican pottery plate ware, pewter silverware, and gold rimmed or blue-green hand-blown glassware is stocked for family dining and entertaining. A luxurious assortment of large and small appliances are provided including an oversized fridge with in-wall ice dispenser, Viking 4 burner gas range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal. A complete in-villa laundry center and pantry connects to the kitchen. Also situated on the main living level off the great room is a powder room followed by a guest bedroom with two twin beds or one king bed, a private bath, and french doors to the garden courtyard. Upstairs, two ocean view master suites each have sumptuous down topped king beds with down duvets, down pillows, an individual outdoor sun terrace, spacious tile bathrooms, walk-in closets, and large flat panel televisions with DVD. We do not consider this home to be safe for young children. Throughout the villa there are abundant break-able ceramics and art pieces, but more importantly, the gas fireplace and fire pit represent a hazard for youngsters as does the swimming pool, which is perched out over a precipice with a dangerous drop-off edge. Club Ninety Six, a private beach club located in Palmilla Cove, Los Cabos best swimming beach, and reserved exclusively for owners and guests of Villas Del Mar, the Club serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a tranquil indoor/outdoor oasis that also includes a pool side bar serving snacks and beverages, happy hour daily, live music in the evening, a large fitness center, fitness classes (pilates, spinning, yoga, weight lifting, aquatic fitness), oceanside fire pit, shallow children`s pool, 22 meter heated lap pool, heated beach front free-form pool, spa hot tub, and water sports palapa. There are several courses to choose from, including two Jack Nicklaus designed courses, one at Palmilla and the Ocean Course at Cabo Del Sol. The Desert Course at Cabo Del Sol, created by Tom Weiskopf is a creative masterpiece displaying a startling contrast between verdant greens and the surrounding arid landscape.
